As used in this Privacy Policy the term “Artist” means the artist featured on this Site.

- If the Artist that controls this Site or substantially all of its assets is acquired by a third party, in which case personal information held by it may be one of the transferred assets and may be disclosed to potential buyers;

Personal Information you submit on the Site or through the Services is sent to the United States and will be primarily processed by us in the United States and potentially in other countries, on our servers or on our hosted service providers cloud servers on our behalf.
